It took a very long time to get through to make a service appointment. The service manager, Zach was friendly and helpful, but the man who made my appointment was quite rude. Also I asked them when I made the appointment to check her leaking sunroof and after the appointment they informed her that she would have to make an appointment elsewhere to fix that.

Not very customer friendly. I was notified on a Wednesday (b4 Memorial holiday) that my vehicle was done. I wasn't going to be home until later in the afternoon on Friday. I reached out to Eric to make arrangements to pick up my vehicle. I was told i had to be there by 3 pm because "it's a holiday weekend so we'll leave early". Must be nice!! I feel the only concern dealing with the body shop was them getting out of work. They just couldn't wait to leave at 3 pm!! And, it showed.

Greg,Marc and Jason all worked together to make my new car purchase stress free and answered all my questions that i had. I will definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to take a hard look at this dealership as great option.

was done in a timely manner but seatbelt issue was not noted when appt was made so had to reschedule to get that fixed another time and i live 45 min away so very inconvenient

The sales department was wonderful to work with and could answer any questions I had in a timely manner.

Did a great job...although it seems there has been significant turnover of employees. New one's came on after ownership changed & now new ones have replaced them. ???

The service department got my vehicle in right away and explained about the service job when it was completed.
