Its pretty bad when a new owner comes along and buys a dealership and then decides to make all his money back by doubleing the cost of a vehicle service in the first six months. That is uncalled for. There are a lot of very good service stations available and I will be using them

The service was excellent. I really appreciated how quickly you were able to get my car in for both the oil change and the AC work, and the final price was very affordable. Great experience overall!

It took an hour and a half to service my car, I asked the service rep to have them check the windshield washer as the stream barely hits the bottom of the window. No documentation on that and it still doesn’t work. The tech didn’t reset the air filter screen.

Came in with a question and they worked me in and fixed the problem.

I brought my 2023 Equinox in for a oil change and new tires. They were all professional and my vehicle was done in a timely manner.

Kevin was amazing start to finish. From coming out in the freezing cold minutes after we arrived at the dealership, to having to jump start the car so we could take it for a test drive. Everyone was so nice it was a pleasure doing business with them and I would recommend them to anyone.

My vehicle is still sitting at the car dealership! It is not fixed. I called numerous times Friday 4-17-26 to inquire of the status of my vehicle got no response after 4 calls call was finally answered and was told would get called back that didn’t happen either. Still do not know the status of my vehicle. Poor customer service all around!

Really responsive service and went right to the best offer details without a lot of back and forth. Knowledgeable about the products to help me arrive at the trim level that best matched my needs.

This is my first bad experience. I bought a vehicle in January, within a week I was calling about issues, I kept being told that “it was the tires being unbalanced “. It was the shop just this pass week and finally I’m being told the issue I’ve been trying find and resolve with the vehicle is a $4,000 repair. Really nice when I bought the vehicle for $9,000 cash in January of this year. Please in the future do better to insure you are selling working vehicles for $9,000.

Prompt, got in early and tech was efficient, did a good job

We can definitely tell the difference in service since the change in ownership. We had one of the trucks oil changed and the oil is different along with the technicians did not fill it properly. We were more than a quart low on oil after taking the truck home. Also, I was pretty disappointed in the customer service that this dealership has provided. When asking questions about a bill a service advisor who takes the payment says "that's not my problem" and sends you over to the $$ people. The $$ people then tell you you have to come back another day because they don't know how to post a check? This is all after my check was lost by the dealership and I don't get a phone call but a sticky note with the invoice in the mail saying payment is needed. You get a lot further on customer service with a quick phone call than a sticky note in the mail. We are seriously thinking about going to another dealership for our services/purchases if this is how this dealership is going to operate.

The service team takes great care of my vehicle. They responded quickly to my powering steering issue.

Went for an oil change cost $330.00. Called twice to ask about billing and did not receive any response. They looked at the radio system and could not fix, but we still got charged for them to look.

Excellent Service Dept. Got in on time, and truck was serviced and completed in better than expected time. Very Friendly staff.

It took a very long time to get through to make a service appointment. The service manager, Zach was friendly and helpful, but the man who made my appointment was quite rude. Also I asked them when I made the appointment to check her leaking sunroof and after the appointment they informed her that she would have to make an appointment elsewhere to fix that.

Convenient to have the valet service to pick up my car from work; they had it back within 2-3 hours. My car was parked in a completely different location, so I had to honk the horn on my phone to find it. They used to vacuum at no extra charge, if they do it this time, they missed the back floor. Otherwise I’m satisfied

Not very customer friendly. I was notified on a Wednesday (b4 Memorial holiday) that my vehicle was done. I wasn't going to be home until later in the afternoon on Friday. I reached out to Eric to make arrangements to pick up my vehicle. I was told i had to be there by 3 pm because "it's a holiday weekend so we'll leave early". Must be nice!! I feel the only concern dealing with the body shop was them getting out of work. They just couldn't wait to leave at 3 pm!! And, it showed.

Great service as always. Picked up and delivered while at work. Top notch dealership.

Had a short window for repair. The shop jumped right on the vehicle and had it done in an hour.

My fob was not working. I was afraid it was the computer. The man assured me that a battery usually fixed it. It did. They go beyond oil change. They rotated my tires this time, according to to the mileage it was due too.

David was very helpful.

was done in a timely manner but seatbelt issue was not noted when appt was made so had to reschedule to get that fixed another time and i live 45 min away so very inconvenient

THE SERVICE WAS OK. WHEN I ASKED THE SERVICE TECH TO HAVE MY FRONT WHEEL TUBS MADE SO THEY WON'T COME OUT ON THE FRONT HE STATED THATS A GM THING. WE CAN PUT A ZIP TIE ON THEM BUT IT WILL BE UGLY. I TOLD HIM I WOULS FIX MY OWN 2024 SILVERADO 3/4.

We were able to schedule an appointment the same week that I called, not something that's easily done these days. The staff was very courteous and the problem was determined quickly and repaired immediately. We were impressed!

It was 11/2 to get my oil change when I was there early The guys were complaining about having to call customers to get past due accounts. Tried giving me the wrong car.

My Buick Envision had a check engine light on. I had LeMars GMC check the code. They said it was due to Oil Dipstick not being tightly screwed in. LeMars GMC was the place that did an oil change for that Buick Envision and it took place a few weeks prior to check engine event. That was the last time anyone opened hood of engine. So, I spent $130 on a check engine situation that I believe was caused by LeMars GMC. Additionally, earlier this year, I had a tire on the same Buick Envision where it had a slow leak. I took it into LeMars GMC and they said they found a screw. A couple of days later the same tire had a slow leak again. I took it back to LeMars GMC who said they found a screw. I told them I wasn't paying for that 2nd appointment as it should have been fixed the first time. I have had 2 experiences of EXTREMELY sloppy work done by LeMars GMC maintenance. I am considering no longer doing business with LeMars GMC. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The car was going through oil. They ran a diagnostics and found the cause of the leak. Which would be extremely expensive repair. He advised me on my options. One was to trade it in for a new car. He asked if I wanted to talk to the sales people. Which I opted not to do at this time. He was genuinely concerned about my car’s well being.

Completely different dealership lost the home town experience.

Adam is very personable, helpful and friendly. He goes above and beyond to find the exact vehicle for you. He knows the cars inside and out. Adam will even give service after the sale.

Excellent work done

From out of town. They got us in quick and was able to fix everything on the truck within a few days we had it back.

I asked to have a noise looked at coming from the front end while turning at times. When checking out I asked what was found and it was not looked at. Was told it may be the tires rubbing, which it is not. Still making noise, so will have it checked out elsewhere.
